Both our ceremony and reception are taking place at Venue Twenty5. Our ceremony will be outdoors, dinner will be indoors, and our reception will be a combination!
Yes! There is ample free parking at the venue along with overflow parking directly next to the main building.
The ceremony will begin at 2:30 PM CST. We recommend arriving at around 1:50-2:00 PM to have ample time to find your seat and get comfortable!
Your presence is a present enough, but should you wish to bring a gift to our wedding, there will be a gift table at the entrance to the venue for your convenience. Please look under the "Registry" tab for inspiration!
The dress code is cocktail attire. Feel free to wear cocktail dresses, LBD's, dressy jumpsuits, and dark jackets and slacks. We ask that you try to stick to our color palette of burgundy, dusty rose, sage green, sky blue, and floral patterns.
Yes! We have reserved a room block for our guests at two different local hotels. One is closer to the airport and one is closer to the venue. For more information, please see the "Travel" tab.
We are having an "unplugged" ceremony. This means we are asking that all phones and devices be put away and on silent/turned off during the ceremony. Why? Well, we've hired a professional photographer to capture one of the most important moments of our lives, and we'd hate to have a well-meaning person's phone blocking that moment for them to capture. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos as you want! And we promise to share the ceremony photos with you as soon as we get them!
Yes! We encourage guests to post pictures from the cocktail hour, dinner, and reception on their social media, our only request is that you tag us so we can keep track of the pictures! Again, we ask that guests respect our "unplugged" ceremony and refrain from taking photos during the ceremony.
While we are taking photos after the ceremony, there will be a cocktail hour before dinner! Please feel free to chat, relax, and have a drink on us while you wait for the party to start!
Yes! We will be having a buffet style taco spread to accommodate all kinds of diet restrictions and preferences. We will also be serving water along with beer, wine, and cocktails!
We will be supplying alcohol and have a bartending service who will be handling beverages. Due to venue policy and regulations, you are not allowed to bring other alcoholic beverages on the premise. There will also be security onsite. We ask you drink responsibly and in measure. Please do not drink and drive and have a plan in place whether that is a designated driver, an Uber, or a Lyft.
There are so many amazing people we want to be a part of our big day! If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you.
Our lives have revolved around kids and family! We are more than accepting of the kiddos that have been a major part of our lives. That said our venue does only accommodate a certain number of guests. We ask that if your little ones aren't listed on your invite that you enjoy an adult's night out with us!
