This Nordic restaurant is our favorite breakfast spot in Hood River. The Danish pancakes are delicious with a lemon curd and lingonberry jam (SO GOOD).
Even if you aren't staying at this hotel you can book a visit to their spa which includes, 2 soaking pools, a sauna, and cold plunge. We love a good pamper session and this was very relaxing for a great price! You can also book treatments.
A cute old train that takes you around Mt Hood! Great views! We haven't been on it yet but have heard great things!
We went here on our first visit to Hood River, it's a nice brewery with great food! If you are on the waitlist you can still get drinks and appetizers while you wait.
This is another brewery down the street from pFriem brewery.
This is a whiskey bar in the same area as the breweries, they have some great cocktails!
This is very touristy and may need reservations in advance but it's worth it, such a cool waterfall and has a few hiking trails! Only 30 min from Hood River.
This is only 15 min from Hood River and is a great little town to visit. It has a couple of great breweries (Thunder Island & The Gorges Beer co), hiking trails (Dry Creek Falls is a good one), a cool bridge (Bridge of the Gods), and a yummy soft serve shack (Eastwind Drive-In).
This is an awesome park that's on it's own little island called Thunder Island. It has some great views and areas to walk around. A nice place for a picnic!
This is one of the most famous spots in Portland. It's a giant bookstore that is an entire city block, super cool to walk around!
