WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?

Answer

Please plan to arrive 15-30 minutes before the ceremony begins. Our ceremony will start promptly at 4:00 p.m.

IS THERE A DRESS CODE?

Answer

We kindly ask guests to dress in semi-formal attire to help us create a dressy, elevated and polished yet comfortable celebration - perfect for a mountain setting and an evening celebration. For women: cocktail dresses, mid or maxi dresses, or an elevated jumpsuit are all great choices. We recommend avoiding a casual sundress or overly casual materials. Please avoid wearing white. The bridesmaids will be wearing green. Heels or elevated sandals are appropriate. Weather permitting, the ceremony will be held on grass, though walking distances on grass are minimal. For men: dress pants paired with a button-down shirt is perfect. A blazer, sport coat, and tie are welcome but not required. Boots or dress shoes are both appropriate. We recommend avoiding jeans. Mountain evenings can be cool, especially in late September. The ceremony will be outside and the reception is indoor. We recommend bringing a light jacket. Let's pray for perfect weather! Most importantly, we want you there to celebrate with us… no matter what you wear! Wear what is comfortable to you and be ready to celebrate!

IS THERE TRANSPORTATION TO AND FROM THE SALIDA/BUENA VISTA HOTELS AND VENUE?

Answer

We are not providing transportation between the local hotels and the venue. There are limited taxis available through Rocky Mountain Taxi. Ubers may be available, we recommend that you reserve one if able. Please visit the "travel" tab for more information on our recommendation on renting a car from the airport and to book accommodations at the venue.

IS THERE PARKING AVAILABLE AT THE VENUE?

Answer

Yes! Parking is available at the venue. Vehicles can remain parked overnight if needed. If you plan to enjoy alcoholic beverages, please make transportation arrangements - we want everyone to get home safely and avoid any run-ins with one of Mikey's colleagues!

WILL THERE BE AN OPEN BAR?

Answer

We will be offering a partial open bar with select wines, beer and signature drinks. Cash or card will be accepted for gratuities to our bartenders or any additional drink selections you may wish to enjoy. Kindly note that outside alcohol is not permitted at the event.

WHEN SHOULD I RSVP BY?

Early replies are greatly appreciated as we finalize our plans. We kindly ask that all guests RSVP by July 21, 2026.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I CANNOT MAKE IT?

Answer

You will be missed! If you cannot attend our wedding, please indicate "Will NOT Attend" on your RSVP so that we can plan accordingly. If you have already RSVP'd "Attending", but find out that you will not make it, please notify the bride or groom as soon as you are aware.

CAN I BRING A PLUS ONE?

Answer

If your guest name or a plus one is listed on your invite when you RSVP, then yes! Otherwise, we would like to keep the wedding as an intimate event with close friends and family.

ARE KIDS WELCOME?

Answer

We adore your kiddos, but our wedding will have limited space, so not all children are invited. Please treat this as your night off!
