Birthday camping trip! We paddled out to Burton Island to celebrate Mikayla's 25th Birthday and spent the weekend hiking, swimming, eating, watching sunsets and lazing in the hammock! It was the best.
Our home in Norwich was 1/4 mile from the Appalachian Trail, so naturally we hosted thru-hikers!
In 2019, Micah flew home early from a military training to surprise Mikayla at a Brandi Carlile concert. It rained, then a thunderstorm cancelled the show, but it was still an excellent surprise.
