When should I RSVP by?

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! The dress code is black tie optional. A general guide for black tie optional - you can wear black-tie attire (an evening gown or a tuxedo) or formal attire (a suit or long dress). Appropriate attire options for a black-tie- optional dress code include full-length gowns, long formal dresses, dressy jumpsuits and pantsuits, tuxedos and suits. As opposed to the standard black-tie dress code, there are no restrictions for color or pattern - wear your brightest, boldest outfit!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Please arrive no later than 5 PM.

What color is the bridal party wearing?

Answer

The bridal party will be in all black, but guests are welcome to wear black as well.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! There will be an option when you RSVP - you can pick your dinner option and note any food allergies or restrictions. Feel free to reach out to Haley or Micaela to confirm that the information was received if you are concerned.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Yes, if your invitation has an option for a plus one. When you RSVP, you can choose if you are bringing a guest and their dinner option. While we would love to include everyone in our celebration, please do not bring a date unless the option to include their name was on your RSVP.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love kiddos, Micaela gets to hang out with them all day at work so we are keeping the ceremony child-free. However, please message Micaela and Haley if there are extenuating circumstances.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! We have hotel blocks reserved with two hotels - the Hotel Indigo Baltimore and the Hotel Revival. You can find all the information under the "Travel" tab of this website. There is no obligation to stay at these hotels - you are welcome to find alternative accommodations that better suit your party.

Are there any other events that I should know about for the wedding weekend?

There is a welcome reception on Thursday, July 23, 2026 and an after party on July 24, 2026. Both events are optional! More information can be found under the "Schedule" tab on this website.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is no designated parking area for the George Peabody Library. Limited street parking/public parking is available for a fee. More info on parking is listed below. If you are staying at one of our hotel blocks, we recommend using their valet service and walking over to the venue. If you are staying farther, we recommend using an Uber or Lyft.
