Travel Note
Although, you are welcome to drive to each venue location on your own, parking downtown is limited, so please keep in mind that we will be offering transportation to all of our guests. Valet parking will be available near The Admiral Room beginning at 1:00 PM. A complimentary shuttle will loop between The Admiral Room and The Statler Buffalo starting at 1:45 PM, with the final departure at 3:00 PM for the Welcome Champagne Gathering and Ceremony. Guests staying at the Embassy Suites will have a dedicated shuttle departing from the hotel at 2:00PM, transporting them directly to The Statler Buffalo. Following the ceremony, all guests will be shuttled to The Admiral Room to continue the celebration. At the conclusion of the evening, a return shuttle will depart The Admiral Room at 11:00 PM for guests staying at the Embassy Suites. Those who drove will find their vehicles conveniently waiting near The Admiral Room.
