Although, you are welcome to drive to each venue location on your own, parking downtown is limited, so please keep in mind that we will be offering transportation to all of our guests. Self- park lots, street parking, and valet parking will be available near The Admiral Room beginning at 1:00 PM. A complimentary shuttle will loop between The Admiral Room and The Statler Buffalo starting at 1:45 PM, with the final departure at 3:00 PM for the Welcome Champagne Gathering and Ceremony. Guests staying at the Embassy Suites will have a dedicated shuttle departing from the hotel at 2:00PM, transporting them directly to The Statler Buffalo. Following the ceremony, all guests will be shuttled to The Admiral Room to continue the celebration. At the conclusion of the evening, a return shuttle will depart The Admiral Room at 11:00 PM for guests staying at the Embassy Suites. Those who drove will find their vehicles conveniently waiting near The Admiral Room.

We will be hosting a pre celebratory gathering at The Statler at 2:00pm, and we warmly invite you to join us ahead of the ceremony. The ceremony will begin promptly at 3:30pm, so we kindly ask that all guests arrive by 3:00pm to allow time to settle in.
Yes, we will be offering a full open bar during the reception. During the ceremony, a complimentary glass of champagne will be available, as you arrive. Milton’s Bar will also be open prior and post ceremony for any cash sales. We look forward to raising a glass with you in celebration!
We kindly request that guests refrain from taking photos during the ceremony to allow our photographer and videographer to capture the moment. We will be happy to share the professional photos with you afterward. Following the ceremony, there will be a receiving line to greet each guest. Photos are encouraged at that time! You are welcome and encouraged to take photos at the reception.
