Please join in the lobby of the Statler Buffalo for a cheerful champagne gathering to commence the celebration! This optional prelude offers a lighthearted start to the festivities, so come as you wish and raise a glass before we exchange our vows. Guests can expect music, light activities, and bubbly. Milton's at Statler Buffalo will also be open for cash consumption. Valet parking will be available at The Admiral Room beginning at 1:00 PM. A complimentary shuttle will loop between The Admiral Room and The Statler Buffalo starting at 1:45 PM, with the final departure at 3:00 PM for the Welcome Gathering and Ceremony. Guests staying at the Embassy Suites will have a dedicated shuttle departing from the hotel at 2:00 PM, transporting them directly to The Statler Buffalo. Following the ceremony, all guests will be shuttled to The Admiral Room to continue the celebration.
3:30 pm - 4:30 pm
Black-Tie Attire
Please gather into the Terrace Room at the Statler Buffalo to await the start of the ceremony. Following the ceremony, which begins at 3:30 PM, guests are invited to gather in the lobby to greet the newlyweds. We kindly ask everyone to form a receiving line to share congratulations, hugs, and well wishes during this joyful moment. Family portraits will also be taken following the ceremony. Relatives and extended family of the bride and groom will be asked to gather back in the Terrance Room. All guests will then be shuttled to The Admiral Room to continue the celebration.
5:00 pm - 6:00 pm
Black-Tie Attire
Guests that utilized the provided transportation will be shuttled to The Admiral Room for the Cocktail Hour and the Reception. Those that choose to drive separate will also have the opportunity to use the Valet Parking option at this time. Grazing tables, passed hors d’oeuvres, and a bar will be available for guests to enjoy.
6:00 pm - 11:00 pm
Black-Tie Attire
Please make your way to your seats at 6:00pm to begin dinner service. The Bar will be closed during this time, but table wine will be available. Following dinner, #Lettheingraotimesrole. At the conclusion of the evening, a return shuttle will depart The Admiral Room at 11:00 PM for guests staying at the Embassy Suites. Those who drove will find their vehicles conveniently waiting at The Admiral Room.
