The RFCC has informed us that all guests in attendance must be vaccinated against Covid-19, and require proof in the form of a vaccine card photo or a copy of your vaccine reservation ahead of entry. Feel free to redact personal information on the card, such as your birth date, provided the photo or email verifies that you have been vaccinated. In order to expedite this process, please email proof of vaccination to mdine@riverforestcc.org no later than October 19th. If you have any questions regarding this process, direct them to that email address as well. If you are not vaccinated against Covid-19 and have already responded "Yes" to the Party, we encourage you to get Covid-19 test 48 hours prior to October 23rd and email proof (ex. cell phone photo of the card) to mdine@riverforestcc.org and we will update your attendance accordingly. For the rest of the weekend festivities, we ask that our guests follow the guidance of our venues, the city of Elmhurst , and state of Illinois.
I would recommend coming at 4:30. The ceremony will start at 5pm.
Yes. There is free parking at the club. You may leave your car overnight if you need to.
The dress code is formal attire.
