Where should we stay in La Jolla?

What menu options are available for people with dietary restrictions?

Please reach out to Melissa or Tyler at least 30 days prior to the wedding about any allergies. We will have options for those that are gluten free, vegetarian, and vegan.

What is the average temperature in La Jolla?
Answer
Daily high temps are around 76 degrees, daily lows are around 67 degrees. You may want to consider bringing a light sweater or jacket for the evening.

What is the dress code?

Cocktail or semi formal. We kindly request that guests refrain from wearing white, ivory or cream dresses.

The wedding and reception are outdoors.

Where can I park?
Answer
If you are staying at the hotel, you may park directly at La Jolla Cove. If you are not staying at the hotel, you can find local free parking spots along the street, or there is a 24 hour parking garage located at 1025 Prospect St, La Jolla, CA 92037 (about a 4 minute walk). As of April 2026, rates are $6.57 hourly. If you are staying close enough, Uber may be a good option.

Are pictures allowed during the wedding ceremony and/or reception?

We ask that you please refrain from taking photos during the wedding ceremony, but feel free to take as many photos as you like during the reception and the gorgeous sunset. :)

In lieu of gifts, please consider donation to our honeymoon fund. If you prefer to send a gift, please make sure it is mailed to our home address on or after September 14th, 2026.
