As they say, the summer place to be! This is the last weekend the track is open for the season. Beyond our informal gathering on Saturday, there may be other times of interest at the track. Mornings are a great time to go to sip some coffee, watch the horses workout, and grab some breakfast.
A personal favorite of Melissa's, she has spent countless hours running the trails of this park. The park is home to numerous groomed running trails, natural geyser's, 2 golf courses, Saratoga Automobile Museum, Saratoga Performing Arts Center (SPAC), and the Hall of Springs.
Congress Park is a small park in the middle of town sprinkled with unique statues (e.g. Spit and Spat) and Canfield Casino. While the casino might not be open all hours due to weddings and functions, it is a historical building that was bustling back in the day, especially during the days of prohibition
Free to the public, just down the road from the venue, a great place to visit another space of Saratoga history
If you are a fan of history, head here for racing history!
For those looking for another type of entertainment, the "Casino" is home to gaming machines and the harness race track
A match is held on Friday nights if you are in town early for the wedding! Check out their website for match information
