A Day at the Races

12:00 pm - 4:00 pm

There is no required attire for most of the race track grounds including where we are going to be gathering. However, if you would like to go into the clubhouse (which is closer to the finish line and costs slightly more), there is a dress code. Come join us for a casual gathering at the race track. Kevin and Melissa are aiming to arrive by 12:30 at the latest and stay for a few hours. We hope to reserve a set of picnic tables that morning so we will know the exact location (and how to find us) and post it here on the day of. We plan to have a few light snacks and a few beverages. There are concessions available at the track, but you are allowed to and encouraged to bring something you may want to consume if you want to save some $$. Note, there are rules for food and beverages (including no glass!) so please look here for information https://www.saratoga.com/race-track/coolers-food-drink-tips/ Parking is predominantly a cash charge in lots that surround the track (both NYRA sponsored and private owners). If you arrive early enough you may luck out with street parking but it is hard to come by. Uber is always an option if you want a safe stress free ride to and from the track. All guests welcome!

Ceremony onsite with cocktails and reception to follow The site has kindly requested that guests do not arrive too early because they will not have the staffing/space to accommodate people for an extended period of time before our ceremony.
