Maid of Honor
We have been friends since 6th grade but our friendship was kindled when she asked me to be her doula for her first baby 6 years ago. Since then we have grown closer and closer, as we give each other non-judging unconditional love and support through motherhood and our journey as humans.
Best Man
Who better to have as my best man than my big brother! During my childhood I always looked up to my brother and thought he was the coolest guy I knew. As an adult, he is still the coolest guy I know. He has stood by me through the thick and thin, if I ever need anything he is always there and always will be for the rest of our lives. He is the best big brother a guy could ask for!
Bridesmaid
I was friends with Nina before I ever knew Keegan, and in fact if it weren't for her blessing to go on a date with her brother, then we wouldn't even be here today! She is such a loving vibrant soul and I am so grateful she is my new sister.
Groomsman
I am so glad to have Michael as my brother in law! Such a vibrant, joyful, loving soul. He quickly established himself as Zeke's fun-loving Uncle Wookie and is always looking to put a smile on everyone's face. He has a way of bringing positive loving vibes to all the people that surround him while still being the mischievous class clown that he is. Not to mention....with a good pun in his back pocket!
Bridesmaid
My sister in law, the wife of Dave! As I always like to point out, I was friends with Cortnee before Dave met her ! But Dave likes to think she hung out with me because she was really chasing after my big brother. Either way I’m glad she’s my sister now!
Groomsman
Dave is one of my future brother-in-laws and I am privileged to live next door to him. I first met Dave at a Halloween Party in Albany. He was dressed as Ron Burgundy and at that moment I knew we would get along great! We continue to build our friendship/brotherhood and I look forward to the many years to come!
Bridesmaid
We have been friends since high school and lived together in Burlington. Jenn has been a good friend through all of our learning and growing experiences of life. We now support each other through the ups and downs of motherhood!
Groomsman
Alan is the oldest of the Whipple Children and my other future brother-in-law. You can always count on Alan to be up for a party! I have had a great time planning past Whipfest's together and enjoyed our conversations of technology and philosophy. Alan may rule the world one day!
Bridesmaid
When I met molly in class in 6th grade and have remained good friends since, even though she now lives across the country. We have lived together in Burlington, traveled long distances to music festivals, and enjoyed good laughs. I appreciate her fun loving attitude while she also remains grounded and responsible.
Groomsman
I met Kevin at college in 2007. We have shared lots of fun times and continue to do so as we get older. We have always worked hard and had fun while doing it. I will never forget going to the Saranac Brewery on my 21st birthday, crashing at his parents house and his father asking, "Who's the Kid with the fresh blood on his shoes?" More good times to come!
Bridesmaid
We became friends quick when we met in class in 6th grade. We have remained good friends ever since and now enjoy getting together with our kids and supporting each other as mothers.
Groomsman
Jackson is another one of my College friends. We used to live on the same block and spent many nights drinking black coffee, listening to Metal, trying to get our homework done while not sleeping. I will always be your bald, redneck hippie, tie dyed wearing friend. Thanks for the laughs Wacko!
Bridesmaid
Karly became a fast friend when I met her in 8th grade. We have spent a lot of time together over the years, traveling to phish shows, to Bonnaroo, hula hooping, painting, and living together in my current home before I started my family life.
Groomsman
I met Nagy during College as well. He was dating my friend Eileen, (his wife), when we started hanging out. Since their return from Pittsburg we have become closer and enjoy some good times together. He always whips up some amazing cuisine in the blink of an eye while dancing like a fiend! He is the hardworking life of any party!
Bridesmaid
We met sometime in middle-school and spent a lot of time together in high-school. We played lacrosse and indoor track together. Maggie's vibrant spirit kept me young and playful as we grew older. Even though she lives across the country she will always be a dear friend!
Groomsman
Shane is my brother from another mother. We also met in College and the rest as they say...is history. He and Jackson lived together on the same block as me and we shared some amazing times together. Many conversations of life, music and all the stuff that really matters. Many good days/nights playing guitar till the sun came up. Cheers brother!
Father and Mother of the Bride
I am beyond grateful for my parents and the way they raised me, allowing me to be myself, listen to my heart, foster my intuition and make my own decisions in life. Lovingly giving me space to make my own path in life and loving me unconditonally every step of the way. Thank you mom and dad for every little and big thing you have done and continue to do for me. I would not be who I am without you!!
Mother and Father of the groom
I feel so blessed to have Judy and Alan as my mother and father in law! I feel so grateful for them all the time for being such great parents and raising the most perfect man! And now they are amazing grandparents for our son Ezekiel. I look forward to many more years of family get togethers!
Officiant
I still remember the first time I saw Val on the 5th grade ski club bus, captivating everyone with her stories and putting smiles on everyones faces. It has been so much fun spending time with Val all throughout middle school, high school and adulthood. It is a blessing to watch her on her spiritual journey and to be able to call her my friend. She spreads light and love to everyone around her, and I am SO honored to have her officiate our marriage.
