In this section, you’ll find answers to common questions about our big day — from dress code and parking to RSVPs, kids, and dietary accommodations. When should I RSVP by?

Answer

To help us plan the day, please RSVP by May 18, 2026. While that is the official deadline, we would appreciate it if you could respond as soon as possible. Your timely reply helps us finalize the guest list, seating, and meal arrangements.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We kindly ask that only those guests whose names are listed on the invitation attend. As much as we’d love to celebrate with everyone, our venue has limited space, and we’re only able to accommodate those specifically invited.

Kids are welcome to join us, and we can’t wait to see them dancing, playing, and making memories right alongside us.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

To ensure everyone has a seat and the ceremony starts smoothly, we recommend arriving at least one hour before the ceremony begins. This gives you time to check in, find your seat, and settle in comfortably before the celebration begins. Your punctuality helps us keep everything on schedule and makes the day enjoyable for everyone.

Will dinner be provided?

Answer

While we would love to have everyone at dinner, our space is limited. Some guests will be joining us for the ceremony and dance only. A midnight snack will be provided during the dance.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

If you have any food allergies or dietary restrictions, please let us know when you complete your RSVP so we can make sure our caterers are aware and can provide an appropriate meal. We’ll do our very best to accommodate all needs and ensure that everyone has something to enjoy.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is a parking lot located right beside our venue for guests’ convenience. Spots are limited and we can’t guarantee availability. If the lot is full, there’s plenty of street parking nearby for $2.50 per hour. Please note that paid parking is in effect Monday through Saturday, from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and is free outside those hours. We recommend arriving a little early to give yourself time to find a spot and get settled before the celebration begins!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We can’t wait to celebrate in style, and we’d love for you to dress up! Think semi-formal attire: cocktail dresses, dressy skirts, or elegant pants for women; dress shirts with slacks, blazers, or suits for men. Comfortable elegance is key — dress to celebrate, look great in photos, and feel fabulous while enjoying the day with us!

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Both our ceremony and reception will be held indoors, so you can enjoy the celebration in comfort no matter the weather.

Will transportation be provided between the hotel, ceremony and reception?

Answer

Each guest is responsible for their own transportation to and from the wedding venue. We kindly ask that everyone plan ahead and make safe arrangements for the end of the night, whether that’s a designated driver, Uber, or taxi. Your safety is important to us, and we want everyone to enjoy the celebration and get home safely!

Will there be a hotel room block for guests?

Answer

At this time, we will not be reserving a hotel room block. Guests are welcome to book accommodations that best suit their preferences and plans. There are many great hotels and places to stay nearby, and we recommend booking early if you’ll be traveling for the wedding. We look forward to celebrating with you!
