Jacquie and Jessica have their parents to thank for a lifelong friendship that has existed since Jessica was born. They went to church together, attended the same schools and continue to do life together even though they live on different continents. It is a bond that will endure no matter how far apart they try to get from each other!

Jeremy is John's oldest and wisest brother and he is very excited and proud to celebrate with John and Jess. Jeremy, a youth pastor, is married to Sarah and they have 3 little boys (Timmy - 6, Nate - 4, and Seth - 2) and their 4th boy will have arrived in time to celebrate the wedding (due May 10th)!

The first grandchild in the Meier family, little Kate was born in Berlin in 2017. Her favourite things are singing 'Backe, Backe Kuchen' and eating tomato pasta. She is a jet-setter who will be coming back from Germany for her Aunt and Uncle's wedding

Nate is John's 4-year old nephew who loves all things outdoors, candy, playing with cars, games, and of course his Uncle John. He can't wait to ride on an airplane to Edmonton, and is honored to have a very special job in this wedding, where he gets a brand new Aunt!
