Do you need a COVID vaccine or a Negative COVID test to attend?

Answer

Yes! You will need to be fully vaccinated (second shot no later than May 22) or a negative COVID test 1-3 days prior to the wedding day. Please upload your vaccination card or your negative COVID test at the following link https://eaglewoodresort.com/verify. Additionally, for children, we request a negative COVID test to attend. Please put 6/6/2021 as the date for the wedding event. Please put "Moodabagil - Mishra Wedding" for event.

How can I reserve a hotel room at the venue for the discounted price of $119 per night for either a king or a double queen?

Answer

Please visit https://reservations.travelclick.com/15450?groupID=2821944&hotelID=15450#/datesofstay. The last day to reserve this is May 4, 2021. Please put down 2 adults max for the room to make sure that you get $119 discount, even if more than 2 people will be in the room.
