When should I plan to get to Taos Ski Valley?
Answer
We recommend staying at the host hotel (The Blake at Taos Ski Valley). Arriving Thursday afternoon and departing Saturday. Check-In for the hotel is 4 PM. If checking in day of the wedding, expect to check-in after the reception dinner.
Question
How do I get from The Blake to the wedding ceremony?
Answer
A shuttle will be picking up guests from The Blake lobby. Looping every 15-20 minutes, beginning at 3:00 PM the day of the wedding. The shuttle will fill quickly, being early is appreciated! If you're late, you'll need to drive yourself. We anticipate the last shuttle leaving at 3:40 PM.

Is the wedding ceremony and reception at the same location?
Answer
No. The ceremony will be held outside at Kachina Basin. The reception and cocktail hour will take place at The Phoenix Grill. The Phoenix Grill is a short five minute walk from Kachina Basin. There will be a shuttle option to transport guests between all locations.

What should I wear?
Answer
Ceremony and reception dinner: Formal attire is required. For all other events, dress is casual. Remember, temperatures can vary this time of year. Dress to stay warm, layers are recommended.

We kindly ask that you follow your RSVP. Seating arrangements have been made accordingly.

Are kids welcome?
Answer
We have no objection to your kids coming for a weekend in Taos, but we respectfully ask no kids at the wedding ceremony or reception.
