Shuttle to Ceremony

The shuttle will take groups to the ceremony venue, last departure leaving at 3:40 PM. If you'd like to drive to the ceremony, ask front desk for directions to Kachina Basin.
Ceremony
4:00 pm - 4:30 pm
Formal Attire.
This venue is outdoors, please dress accordingly. Weather this time of year is unpredictable, expect 30's or 40's. We ask that you refrain from taking your own pictures during the ceremony. You will have time to enjoy the venue and take pictures afterwards. The shuttle will start providing transportation to the Phoenix Grill at 4:30 PM or you can opt for the 5 minute walk.
Cocktail Hour
5:00 pm - 6:00 pm

This venue is outdoors, please dress accordingly. Cocktails and hors d'oeuvre will be served.
Reception Dinner
6:00 pm - 9:00 pm

Dinner will be served. The bar will be open. The music will be on. We will be celebrating!
Shuttle back to The Blake

Shuttles will be taking guests back to The Blake about every 20 minutes. Last shuttle departing at 9:30 PM
