We understand plans change for many reasons, please inform us promptly if your RSVP has changed so we can adjust our catering and guest list accordingly. Menu Details Starters: Braised lamb ravioli, brunoise of green tomatoes and small onions, veal stock, chimichurri, pecorino cheese. Chicken and kimchi dumplings, eggplant and sesame broth, salad, coriander and green onions. Fresh mozzarella, peaches, basil, elderflower and garlic vinaigrette, grilled zucchini, flatbread. Entrees: Chicken marinated in a broth of cumin, garlic and paprika then roasted. Savory mascarpone with herbs, arugula, grilled zucchini, and white cucumbers. Whipped feta, oyster steak or onglet steak, shredded seasonal radishes, blanched tomatoes grilled, chermoula. Homemade cornmeal cavatelli, honey roasted carrots, antipasto sauce, oiled arugula, micro flowers, pecorino.
