Wedding Party

Emily Mayo

Maid of Honor

If you know me it should be no surprise my sister Emily is my maid of honor. Besides Joey, Emily is my person. I can still picture us as two little girls sitting on the couch watching Say Yes to the Dress and Four Weddings guessing what our own weddings would be like one day. Now it is happening in real life and I am so thankful I get to go through this process with my best friend.

Emily Wilson

Bridesmaid

I am really thankful my brother scored this gem to be my sister-in-law. Emily has added such a light to our family and I am fortunate enough to have gained a forever friend and another sister. I also want to thank Emily for perfectly timing the birth of my niece so I could have the cutest flower girl around.

Krissy Ferretti

Bridesmaid

Krissy was destined to be such a special person in my life from the beginning. Our moms have been best friends since second grade, which allowed us to be extremely close from the moment she was born. Krissy and I attended the same college and are both nurses. That is why when we are together we normally find ourselves at the beach, sharing a bottle of prosecco and venting about a hard shift. It is the best therapy and company. Krissy is not just a friend but a sister.

Lisa Neumann

Bridesmaid

Lisa is also known as my German sister. Lisa went through an exchange student program and stayed with our family during her time in the States. I am so thankful we have remained so close over the years and I couldn't imagine not having her as one of my bridesmaids. She will be traveling from Berlin for the wedding which makes it even more special that she can be a part of my bridal party.

Chloe Radcliffe

Bridesmaid

My beautiful cousin on the inside as well as out. Chloe was always my little sidekick growing up. My favorite memories are of us writing songs and performing them for our great-grandma, we thought we were so talented. One of the things I love the most about Chloe is she can always make me laugh and I can't wait for her to stand by my side on our big day.

Luke Hanson

Best Man

The second easiest choice of my life after marrying Megan was making Luke my best man. Anybody that knows the Hanson family knows what a special group of people they are. Born and raised in Otisville, NY by Matt and sweet Mary Hanson, Luke is one of four extremely successful and tall brothers. In many ways, Luke and I have walked down similar paths in life and all along the way Luke has always pushed me to become a better person. I have always considered Luke a brother. There is also nobody I hate losing to more which if you know anything about me that might be the biggest compliment I can give. Lastly this guy's speech better be good because his speech at his brother Drew's wedding almost made me cry.

Matthew Wilson

Groomsman

There are many things to like about Matt. My personal favorite is his sister. Matt is also sort of a jack of all trades, if you will. In a 10 minute conversation he will go from quoting Ron Burgundy to explaining how cooling rods work (is being a nuclear engineer good)? Most importantly, he is one of the most genuinely good people I've ever known. The story of Megan and me actually begins with Matt. We met in elementary school and quickly became great friends. We got close playing hockey together and then essentially grew up at each other's houses playing pool basketball, the Godfather video game, and hanging with his sisters (which paid dividends for your boy). I've always considered it to be the case anyway, but I'm grateful to now get to call Matt a brother

Tyler Mayo

Groomsman

I couldn't have gotten luckier in terms of the immediate family I am marrying into, but it really becomes unfair when you consider that Megan's twin sister is married to a former teammate and great friend. Tyler and I have been friends since grade school, but naturally it has been taken to a new level since we are counterparts to the twins. It's nice to know I have a golf partner and drinking buddy at every family function for the rest of my life. Tyler teaches me things every time I am with him whether that be knowing how to do certain man things around the house or more importantly, learning how to navigate the mind of a Wilson woman. Another guy I am proud to be able to call my brother.

Jack Marren

Groomsman

Marren and I met the first day of college. We didn't get to choose our roommates, but we were lucky enough to get put in the same room. Honestly thank God because thinking back on our other roommates it wasn't exactly an all star cast. Not the type of guys that were eager to join Jack and I on the couch to watch RedZone. One of them was mad that we were going to hang an American flag in the common room. Need I say more Among other things, Jack is my go-to guy to shoot the breeze about golf with. He and I are probably the only two Bryson Dechambeau fans left. Very grateful for this kid.

Steve Pascarelli

Groomsman

Growing up, Steve was my next door neighbor, and even though I was 5 or so years younger than Steve, he always let me come over and hang out with him. Steve introduced me to most of the finer things in life at a young age such as PG-13 movies, video games, trampoline skateboarding, and every backyard sport you can imagine. Of all the coaches, teammates and people in my life that helped me in my athletic career, I probably owe the Pascarelli family and Steve in particular the biggest thank you. All my favorite memories from my childhood occurred in the yards adjoining 787 and 779 Ridgebury Road. Simply put – Steve is family.

Peter Firestone

Groomsman

Peter "the Kid" Firestone is the highest of the tall groomsmen. Literally never seen the top of his head. When I hear the name Firestone three things come to mind: God bless our troops, God bless America, and Gentlemen, Start Your Engines. I first met Pete in college and we became close after taking 5 semesters of Yoruba together. Born and raised in Scottsdale, AZ and now residing in Dallas, TX, Pete is one of the last remaining red blooded Americans. In addition to being a true patriot, he is also one of my best friends.

Deonte Moore

Groomsman

If there was a fight between the Yale groomsmen and the Minisink groomsmen I'm taking Minisink for one reason: Deonte. Deonte and I met during middle school when a group of us would play rock, paper, scissor tournaments in the lunchroom, and the loser would have to do something preposterous like lick the bottom of the urinal. Just boys being boys. Also, I know what you are thinking. There is something different about him from every other groomsman. And that is right - he is the only first responder in the group. Deonte is in the FDNY, which is unsurprising if you know him. He is one of the most selfless people I've ever met and a truly great friend.

Gerard Daly

Groomsman

I met Gerard in 2nd grade. Growing up Gerard was easily the luckiest kid I knew. A Minisink story as old as time is Gerard being a demon and then his twin brother Tom getting blamed. In Gerard's defense Tom was a dirtbag for most of his childhood too so I can see the reason why. We always joked that when his wife Alyssa found out she was pregnant unexpectedly a couple years ago, his luck had finally run out. Then of course he has a boy. Gerard is the first friend I ever had and I think it's pretty cool how all these years later we have remained this close and are groomsmen at each other's weddings. Through thick and thin, and even when we went periods of time without much contact, it has always been seamless to pick it back up where we left it.

Austin Bleibtreu

Groomsman

I would say Austin is probably the most impressive guy on this list. Bleebs is another California chiller. He walked onto the lacrosse team, which tells you two important things about him: 1. he is an extremely hard working kid and 2. my boy is wicked smaht. I've heard a lot of people say they have a photographic memory but I think Bleebs actually does. Bleebs and I really got close Senior year of school when almost all of our classmates were living together in the house. We bonded over the fact that a lot of the time it felt like we were the only ones in the building with a fully functioning brain. Through and through Bleebs is one of the best guys I know.

Tom Duran

Groomsman

I don't even know where to start. I've said this before, but if you look at that photo that shows the evolution of man where there are a bunch of iterations of the chimpanzee slowing standing up and ending with a fully developed human, Duran is probably like 2 or 3 from the right. Duran is truly one of the great dinguses of all time. He is a you have to see it to believe it kind of guy. Tom went to a small private school on long island called Manhasset. From day 1 I've considered Tom one of my best friends - I have too many great memories and funny moments to count. The best part about Tom is he is the definition of a fox hole guy. In any scenario he will have your back and make you laugh in the process. I encourage everyone to try to have a conversation with him at cocktail hour and make sure to bring a napkin because he will have food on his face.

Jack Tigh

Groomsman

They say when you walk into the school, the name Jack Tigh echos through the Chaminade hallways. It's true that he possesses a lot of great qualities that seemingly everyone thinks he has: successful, friendly, funny, great athlete, handsome devil, etc. However, he has a lot of people fooled when it comes to one thing.. he is just kind of dumb. Not book smart dumb but the type of guy that will move into an apartment with you and ask where the security guard is "but didn't we pay a security deposit"? In all seriousness, Tigh is just an all-around great human being. The kind of guy you'd let date your daughter. He has been there for me since day 1 of college, on and off the field.

Ryan Fairweather

Groomsman

Ryan and I went to high school together but we really weren't friends at all until after college. Unsurprisingly, we started hanging out because of our mutual love of golf. And over the last two years we've become extremely close to the point I feel like we've been boys forever. This kid just makes me laugh. He is such a slimy rat but in a good way. Type of dude to come help you put together furniture or weed whack your back yard because he is a good person. At the wedding you can probably find him on the dance floor twirling every mom he can find.

John Daniggelis

Groomsman

Johnny is like the opposite of Tigh. Type of guy you wouldn't want him to date your daughter let alone be in the same state as her. Also just the complete opposite when it comes to how their brains work. For the most part I have faith that if I told Johnny a joke he would understand the punch line. Tigh no way. However, if you held a gun to my head and asked me if Johnny could pass a 3rd grade math test I'd have to think about it. More importantly though, Johnny is as good of a friend as I could ask for. Another guy that you can't hang around without laughing. A common theme among these guys is that they are all hard workers, but when it came to competing and being a captain, Johnny was a different level. I knew when we met I was going to have a friend for life.

Jax Wilson

Goodest Boy

Jax is my two-year-old chocolate lab. He is 80 pounds, stronger than a bull, and wants to play all day long. He is pretty much the coolest dog around and I will fully admit I am 100% obsessed with this good boy, which is why I was so worried when Jax and Joey were first going to meet because I knew if they did not like each other I would have to kick Joey to the curb. Luckily, they were fast friends and Joey is now a pretty rad dog dad. I am so thankful for my boys!

Lucy and Maisie

Flower Girls

Does anything need to be explained with these two?
