Question

1. What precautions are being taken due to COVID-19?

Answer

First of all, we want every guest at the wedding to feel 100% confident and comfortable if attending. Please know that we love you all and know that if you need to be there "in spirit", that is completely fine - just let us know as soon as possible if you have any questions or concerns so we can plan accordingly. Please make the best choice for yourself. We cannot wait! The entire wedding will be outdoors and our family will be taking every precaution to ensure we stay healthy and have fun! There will be plenty of space and hand sanitizer, etc. All surfaces will be cleaned as much as possible so that everyone can relax and enjoy!

2. What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! Dress code is Black-Tie. Ladies, this means floor-length formal gowns of any color. Gentlemen, tuxes with neckties or bowties. We cannot wait to see you all dressed up!

3. Where are the ceremony and the reception taking place?

Answer

The Stephens Ceremony, Garden Party and Reception will all take place at Novi Ranch in La Cresta, California. Novi Ranch 21385 Hodan Hill Court Murrieta, California 92562

4. What time should I arrive?

Answer

We recommend that you arrive before the start of the ceremony, to make sure everyone is on time and we can get the party started as scheduled! Wedding ceremony will begin around 6:30PM and suggested arrival is around 5:45PM. Gates to Novi Ranch will open promptly at 5:45PM, so please plan your travel accordingly.

5. How do I get to the venue? Is there a Wedding Shuttle?

Answer

Yes! Transportation will be provided from the Courtyard by Marriott Temecula Murrieta at 4:45PM. The Residence Inn by Marriott Temecula Murrieta is right next door, so guests at both hotels can easily access the shuttle services. For those staying at Pechanga, the Courtyard is about a 25 minute Uber/Lyft/drive if you would still like to use the provided transportation. Please let us know where you will be staying by April 16th, 2021 by emailing us at meganclintwedding@gmail.com or texting us at 951-760-8322. PS - There are many private car and limo services; Uber or any type or limo/private car service in the Temecula/Murrieta area. We highly suggest using a shuttle, Uber, or a car service to and from the wedding.

6. Where should guests park? Is parking free?

Answer

Absolutely! There will be plenty of free parking at Novi Ranch. Please let us know if you would like to park at the wedding.

7. What will the weather be like this time of year?

Answer

May is beautiful in Southern California! It should be a lovely, clear night, but weather can be somewhat unpredictable in La Cresta. We suggest bringing some type of wrap or jacket just in case.

8. Are the ceremony and reception location wheelchair accessible?

Answer

Yes, all events are on the same level and will be wheelchair accessible.

9. Will food and drinks be served? What kind of food?

Answer

Definitely! Both food and drinks will be served at the reception. Light bites and drinks will be served during the Garden Party as well. Dinner will be farm-to-table Southern California cuisine with a choice of Fish or Steak. We will also have a Vegan option. Feel free to check out the Novi Bar for specialty cocktails, wine, beer, lemonade, etc. Cheers!

10. What should I do if I can’t make it?

Answer

You will absolutely be missed and there in spirit! If you cannot make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly.

11. Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we absolutely love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us!

12. Where are you registered?

Answer

First of all, you being in our lives and supporting us is the greatest gift! We are registered through Zola, Williams Sonoma and Pottery Barn, but you will also see specialized items from separate stores. 13. Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

Yes, we encourage guests to post pictures on to their social media channels, our only request is that you tag each photo with our wedding hashtag #megandclint so we can keep track of all of your pictures! We do, however, ask that you kindly refrain from taking pictures and videos during the actual wedding ceremony. We will have professional photographers capturing every single moment and we want to fully share this intimate part of our big day with you!
