Wedding Ceremony
4:30 pm - 5:00 pm

Formal attire. The ceremony and reception are both outside, so choose footwear accordingly! The weather in the mountains can be unpredictable, so please check the forecast before traveling.
There will be buses for everyone from both hotels to transport you to the venue before the ceremony and back after the reception! Bus to Keswick leaves at 3:15pm from the Courtyard Marriott—University Medical Center and will stop at the English Inn on the way. Folks not staying at the hotels but don’t want to drive should meet at the Courtyard by 3:15 or English Inn by 3:30. buses will be ready for boarding immediately after the sendoff at 10:00pm. If you decide to drive, please note that on your way to the venue, you may come across a sign saying "Keswick Hall." DO NOT GO THERE. It is not affiliated with Keswick Vineyards. Also please note that the ceremony is at the main house on the vineyard, not the tasting room! There will be an attended parking area for the duration of the event, and guests are free to leave their vehicles parked at the vineyard overnight as long as they are collected no later than 10:00am Sunday morning.
Cocktail Hour

Please enjoy delicious passed hors d’oeuvres (veg and gluten free options too!) as well as a fantastic selection of Keswick wines, Virginia craft beer, and special cocktails while taking in beautiful views of the mountains and vineyard. There will be lawn games and plenty of time to socialize before dinner!
Dinner and Dancing
6:15 pm - 10:15 pm

Join us for the reception under the big tent! We are working with Southern Inn from Lexington, Virginia to provide you an amazing selection of southern cooking to fuel you for an evening of laughter, toasts, and sure-to-be-fantastic dancing! There will be both vegetarian and gluten-free options during cocktail hour and dinner.

Join us for some more music and a night cap in Charlottesville’s historic Downtown Mall to cap off an unforgettable day. This will let us end the night in close proximity to everyone’s hotel and some of the best mixologists on this side of the Mississippi - let’s party!
