We're looking forward to showing you more of beautiful Old Town Alexandria! We will be in the Big Key West Room at Vola's in a private space for our party. Children are invited but please RSVP for your full party who plans to attend as we need to provide a ballpark guest number for the venue. This is a casual event and feel free to stop by whenever and for however long fits your schedule! There will be a full cash bar but plan to eat dinner beforehand. Buses Depart Embassy Suites Oldtown

The buses will depart the Embassy Suites Old Town at 3:00 SHARP. The buses will pickup in the turnaround on the Duke Street side of the hotel. For guests who prefer to coordinate their own transportation, the venue is accessible via rideshare/taxi and there is plenty of parking for personal vehicles but please be aware that depending on traffic it can take 45 minutes to an hour to get to the venue from Old Town Alexandria
Wedding Ceremony & Reception

Fancy garden party (or "cocktail" if you want a formal definition.) For women, that could mean midi or cocktail dresses and nice shoes. For men, a suit and optional tie. Color and patterns are welcome!
Kids are invited to share in the celebration with us if you would like to bring them. One note- the venue itself is not what we'd call childproof. There are a lot of plants and a small indoor stream so please plan to keep an eye on any children where this might be a problem!
