Maid of Honor
Brandi is the off-brand copy of the bride. They met in the womb, and she quickly decided that she would do everything the original (Megan) did, which is why they were born on the same day. As twins, Brandi and Megan always have and always will have someone to count on when the other is in need.
Best Man
Carlitos (aka, La Machina) came into Antonio’s life to bless him, but also to follow Antonio around with the tearful cry to stick together: “Antonio, yo soy tu hermanito!”
Bridesmaid
Whitney was the bad influence that Megan never asked for. After a year of living together, the two had enjoyed (almost) enough midnight donut runs and bologna-slinging games for a lifetime.
Groomsman
Matias was always considered the Ken of the family being the only catire among a group of cafe con leche Venezuelans. Cousins by relation, countless vacations to the beach, to the parks, and to Minnesota brought he and Antonio together like brothers.
Bridesmaid
Laura met Megan in the same construction management program. Somehow knowing the bride would marry a Hispanic man one day, she set about educating this pasty white midwesterner in the sazon ways of South Americans.
Groomsman
Alejandro has been a part of Antonio’s life for as long as they can both remember. From countless attempts to make Antonio drink, party, and meet girls - to always being there during the hard times - Alejandro has grown to become an integral part of Antonio’s life.
Bridesmaid
Nicole met Megan as the soft-spoken friend-of-a-friend. It would not take Megan long to discover Nicole’s weird, cockroach-loving, snake-adoring ways - and how well it all fit with the bride’s own odd intricacies. Nicole also gets credit for introducing the couple to the joys of West Coast Swing and helping organize their proposal.
Groomsman
Leo is the person solely responsible for the scar on Antonio’s face. From childhood antics involving a sharp needle to great life advice and support, Leo has made a great impact on the groom’s life.
Usher
Avvy and Cadet have offered to help people find their seats, although we suspect they're really just looking for your attention.
