You can fly into Denver and either rent a car or shuttle. You can also fly right into Eagle-Vail and shuttle or Uber. See the travel tab for more info!

Where should I park?

Answer

If you aren't wanting to park in your hotel, or are just heading up for the day, Vail Village has two major parking lots that are located right off of I-25 (Vail Village Parking Structure & Lionshead Parking Structure). You can park there and either shuttle or walk to wherever you need to go. From the Vail Village parking structure it is a 0.8 mile walk, and from Lionshead Parking Structure a 0.6 mile walk to the Vail Chapel. I would definitely recommend trying to hop on the shuttle which goes along West Meadow Drive and is completely free!

What to pack and wear?

I would recommend just bringing a ton of layers. Colorado weather is so unpredictable and just as much as it could be in the 60s in November, it could easily be a blizzard. To make it even more difficult, after it blizzards, it could be in the 60s the next day! Just try to stay as up to date on the weather ahead of time. All of the events will be inside (both the ceremony and reception). Just remember to bring your coat for when you're walking from the Chapel (Vail Interfaith Chapel) to the reception venue (Cucina) - a 0.2 Mile walk. Don't worry you can always shuttle too!

I was informed that there actually is, but it is super limited. I definitely wouldn't rely on it completely, but it is there if you need it.
