Answer

Everyone on the guest list has been allotted at least one extra guest.

Stay on the look out on our website's "Schedule" tab! We have details there about our after party and newlywed brunch!

Question

Can we hang out with the bride and groom outside of the wedding?

Answer

Yes! We would love to see all of you individually! Please call or text us while you're in Hawaii, we would love to join you for an adventure.

Question

How long should we make our stay?

Answer

Although we would love for all of you to stay with us and vacay forever, we know reality gets in the way. We recommend staying a week, or two if possible in order to get the full scope of what the Big Island has to offer. We also recommend making a vacation out of this event. Otherwise, our wedding being on a Friday makes it easier to plan a quick getaway.

Question

When should we book flights?

Answer

We recommend using the Hopper app in order to get updates on ticket pricing leading up to your flight. It's best to book your flight as far in advance as you can so you can get the best prices.

Question

What are the travel restrictions for Hawaii?

Answer

As of right now, a 72 hour COVID-19 test is required prior to your arrival to the islands. This test is a requirement in order to bypass the 14 day quarantine. As we get closer to wedding day, we will update on the process required in order to celebrate with safety in mind.

Question

How are you handling COVID-19?

Answer

We will be implementing safety measures at our wedding that include sanitizing high touch surfaces, social distancing, and having food served by staff instead of having self-serve stations. We have everyone's health and safety in mind, and do not want anyone to get sick!

Question

Should I rent a car?

Answer

We highly recommend renting a car during your stay! It will make adventures around the island much easier. We recommend renting a Jeep Wrangler, they have an open air function which allows you to soak up the island sun. They also have 4x4 which will help you get to places that are off the beaten path!
