The event will be formal, so please plan to dress in something that makes you feel comfortable and looks nice. Please plan to arrive early since the wedding will begin promptly at 3pm and guests should be seated by that time.
The entrance to The Glasshouse venue is through the clubhouse. We will have individuals at the front door to direct you to the lawn and gardens for the ceremony, point out where the bathrooms are located, and show you where our guest book is located so you can leave the bride and groom a message. The ceremony will be followed by a socializing hour in the ballroom and deck of the venue. There will be individuals available to guide you to this area.
3:30 pm - 5:00 pm
Please help yourself to refreshments and appetizers provided with the knowledge that dinner will be served at the reception to follow. We will have hummus with fresh vegetables and falafel with tahini sauce for food and our signature mocktails will be available at the open dry bar. Menus will be available for both food and drink during the socializing hour. Our socializing hour will occur directly after the ceremony in the ballroom and deck of The Glasshouse venue. This will give some additional time to fill out the guest book, visit with friends, try to complete our sip and solve, and enjoy the vastness of the venue before the reception.
5:00 pm - 9:00 pm
The reception will begin promptly at 5pm with the entrance of the bride and groom, followed by a brief prayer and the release of tables to get food. Our custom mocktails as well as soft drinks will be available at the open dry bar throughout the night. While dining, we plan to have toasts from the maids of honor and best man as well as the couple's first dance before the dance floor opens for the rest of the night. We are excited to entertain you with the musical talents of The House Band throughout the night.
