The Venue
The ceremony and reception will be held at Over the Vines. This link will take you to their location page with directions from downtown Madison, Milwaukee, and Chicago.
Flight
the airport
MSN, Madison Dane County Airport, is the closest airport to the venue. Most Madison hotels have complimentary airport shuttles. ORD, the Chicago O'hare Airport, is likely to have the best deals on flights. However, it will require you to coordinate transportation to Madison. If you choose to rent a car, keep in mind there are toll roads between Chicago and Madison. We recommend using a bus service, like Coach USA, and choosing the 250 N Lake St drop-off option in Madison, as it is closer to the downtown hotels. A round trip ticket is around $56 (We are looking into discount codes) MKE, the Milwaukee airport, is another option, BadgerBus has a route from MKE to N Lake Street in Madison for around $48.

Click this link to view a list of nearby hotels and rental homes with special wedding rates. I would recommend filtering either by proximity to the venue or downtown Madison. There will be a shuttle to transport guests who are staying downtown before and after the wedding.

Shuttles will take guests from a central location in Madison to the venue. The exact shuttle details will be finalized closer to the date. If you are staying outside of Madison and don't have a car please contact us so we can help coordinate transportation!
Travel Note
Parking at the Venue
There are plenty of spaces to park at the venue. However, if you plan on taking advantage of our open bar (and we hope that you do!) we recommend taking advantage of the shuttles also. You are welcome to leave vehicles on-site overnight but they MUST be picked up by 10 am the next day Monday, September 5th. This link will open directions to the venue in Google maps.
