Located about 40 minutes from our venue and just outside of the heart of Richmond, Short Pump Town Center is a one-stop-shop. We recommend Firebirds Wood Fired Grill for a delicious lunch or dinner, and Short Pump has many familiar brands like Starbucks, Sephora, and Chick-fil-A.
Historic Downtown Mall
There are plenty of places to eat, shop, and explore at the Downtown Mall in historic Charlottesville, Virginia. Located 45 minutes from Avonlea Farms and 20 minutes from the Charlottesville Airport, it makes for a wonderful night out.
Kings Dominion
40 minutes from our venue, Kings Dominion is a fun, Peanuts-themed amusement and water park for kids and adults alike. We have been here many times and recommend Twisted Timbers and the Hollywood Stunt Coaster.
Fifty-Third Winery & Vineyard
Neighboring vineyard that offers tours and tastings, only 10 minutes from our venue. Feel free to bring a bottle by if anything peaks your interest!
Lake Anna
Lake Anna has dozens of trails to explore and gorgeous views for miles. Great for kids, dogs, and hikers.
