May we bring phones/cameras?

Answer

We are hosting an unplugged ceremony, so we ask that all phones, cameras, and handheld devices be left in the car, or completely turned off. You are welcome to use phones and cameras after the ceremony during the cocktail hour and reception.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

No, however; if you are staying at the Richmond Short Pump Marriott, several guests will be attending and you may be able to catch a ride!

Is parking provided onsite?

Answer

Yes! Guests may park at the front, and the venue's golf cart service will shuttle you down to the ceremony site.

Question

Is Avonlea Farms an outdoor venue?

Answer

Yes and no, the ceremony takes place outside; however, the reception is in a climate controlled space.

Question

Is smoking/ vaping permitted?

Answer

It is strongly discouraged, as the venue charges $25 per cigarette butt disposed of.
