Do you have a hotel block for guests?

Answer

We did not block out rooms, so feel free to book a room where you feel most comfortable.

Are kids welcome?

We respectfully request no children at the reception, allowing all of our guests to enjoy an adults-only evening.

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is cocktail attire. Ladies are encouraged to wear cocktail dresses, and gentlemen can wear suits or sport coats with dress pants.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

To ensure we can accommodate all our beloved guests, only those explicitly named on your invitation are included. Thank you for understanding!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 4:30pm. Please arrive minimum 15 minutes before the ceremony to get settled. Saratoga can be busy this time of year, so we recommend planning to arrive at 4pm to leave time for navigating traffic and parking.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there will be ample parking available at the Gideon Putnam Hotel, as well as in the surrounding state park. The Gideon Putnam will also be providing a free shuttle that will transport our guests between the venue and downtown Saratoga. Pickup locations TBD.
