Cocktail Attire: Cocktail dresses, LBDs, dressy jumpsuits, dark jackets, chinos. Pants and nice sweaters, etc. are fine
We will have the le Sam Bistro of the Chateau Frontenac reserved. It will be self pay for whatever you care to indulge in (drinks and/or food). This will be an optional, informal event to give everyone the opportunity to meet and greet our families and friends ahead of the wedding. Also a great chance to experience the Chateau Frontenac for those guests not staying there. We hope to see everyone there!

Wedding Ceremony

Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, as are suits and cocktail dresses.
We will start promptly at 5pm, so please arrive to The Morrin Centre by 4:30pm. There will be a place to change shoes from outdoor/snow boots to your dancing shoes at coat check. This is encouraged by the facility to protect the historic sites flooring as well. We kindly ask that you leave all mobile devices and cameras stowed and leave the photography to the professionals we are hiring. Children are allowed at the ceremony but are not allowed at the reception to follow. On-site babysitting will be provided for guests during the cocktail hour and reception. No exceptions please.
Cocktail Hour & Reception

Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, as are suits and cocktail dresses.
The cocktail hour will immediately follow the reception in the adjacent library room. There will be lite bites and cocktails available. We have coordinated an optional tour of the historic Morrin Centre during this time if you are interested in exploring the history of the building. Immediately following the cocktail hour, we will go back into the main hall for the reception. The reception will include buffet-style and cocktail-style heavy hors d'oeurves in lieu of a seated dinner. Children are allowed at the ceremony but will not be welcome at the reception to follow. On-site babysitting will be provided for guests during the cocktail hour and reception. No exceptions please. Carolyn will not even be joining us as we want all of our parents, relatives and friends to relax and focus on celebrating our marriage! Drinks will be provided (open bar), so no need of a car bar in the parking lot!
