Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please let us know if you will be able to attend our wedding by May 26th, 2023. You can send us your RSVP on this website! We hope we get to celebrate together!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The gardens at the Fells are lovely and as a guest you can explore them for free! If you do so before the ceremony, please ensure to be back at the main house for the ceremony by 3:50 PM as the ceremony begins at 4:00 PM. The gardens will be open to all wedding guests throughout the weekend, if you choose to explore at another date.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

There is not necessarily a dress code, but we recommend garden attire (flowy dresses, dress shirts, fun hats and fascinators). Since the ceremony will be held in the gardens, we recommend flats over heels.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is a gravel parking lot located close to the ceremony and reception spaces. There is also an overflow lot near the main road, however, this does require a long walk to the wedding event spaces. We encourage guests to carpool or take our provided transportation, if possible.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There will be a shuttle running from the Mountain Edge Suites to take guests on the short drive to the wedding venue. Shuttle service will start at 2:30 PM and run continuously. The last shuttle before the ceremony will depart the hotel at 3:30 PM. We recommend taking advantage of an earlier shuttle to ensure you are able to take a shuttle and arrive on time. The shuttle will also return guests to the Mountain Edge Suites at the conclusion of the reception.

Can I bring a date?

Your invitation will list a plus one if you are welcome to bring one, otherwise we would prefer if it was just you.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

If your child has been invited, they will be included on your invitation. Otherwise, please enjoy the night off!

What are your COVID safety precautions?

Answer

The wedding is all outdoors to help mitigate the spread of the virus. As it gets closer to our wedding, we will assess for any necessary precautions.
