We recommend taking the metro from the airport to the city center. It is affordable and takes approximately 13 minutes.
Local currency is the Danish Krone, but Denmark is a mostly cashless country. Visa and Mastercard are widely accepted.

Denmark does not have Uber or Lyft. Taxis are expensive. We do not recommend renting a car unless you are interested in exploring more of Denmark beyond Copenhagen. Copenhagen has a variety of public transportation such as bus, train, metro, and most destinations within Copenhagen are walkable.
