Please RSVP by February 15, 2026. This helps us finalize the guest list, coordinate with vendors, and make sure everyone can celebrate together. We truly appreciate your timely response!
Cocktail attire - dress to impress! That means polished, stylish, and ready to celebrate. For women: Dresses, jumpsuits, or sets are all perfect options. Feel free to show your personal style - Bold colors and fun textures are all welcome. Heels, dressy sandals, or comfortable flats all work (just make sure you can dance in them!) For men: Dress pants and dress shoes with a short or long sleeve button-up shirt is great. A blazer or tie is totally optional, but always appreciated if you're feeling fancy.
May in Penn Valley usually brings sunny, comfortable days (mid-60s to low 80s °F) and cooler evenings - bring a light jacket or shawl just in case. Our venue is mostly indoors, with a covered terrace for the ceremony and cocktail hour, so you’ll be comfortable no matter the weather.
To keep our wedding as intimate as possible, only the guests formally invited on your wedding invitation will be accommodated. If you received a plus one they will appear when you RSVP.
While we absolutely love your little ones, our wedding will be adults-only with the exception of the children in our wedding party. To help parents enjoy the evening stress-free, we’ll be offering complimentary childcare at our home, just a mile from the venue in the same neighborhood. If you're interested in this option, feel free to reach out to us directly - we’d be happy to share the details.
Our ceremony begins at 4:30 PM. Please arrive by 4:00 PM to allow time for parking and seating, and to avoid missing any part of the ceremony.
Yes! The drinks are on us and the hangover is on you! Please arrange for transportation from the venue if you plan on drinking.
The cocktail hour will feature hors d’oeuvres, followed by a buffet dinner with three entrée options, including a vegetarian choice.
While we aren’t planning a full Welcome Party, we’ll be hosting a small Rehearsal Dinner the night before the wedding with immediate family, our wedding party, and a few close friends. If you’re invited to the Rehearsal Dinner, you’ll see the option to accept or decline when you RSVP.
