It took 237 days for Sean to propose, after he met Julia—and fewer days than that before we knew it was coming. We met at a party Sean hosted as a last ditch effort to meet someone before moving to San Francisco—which Julia attended at a time when her vibes were ascendant but her expectations for the night (or dating in general) couldn't have been lower. Sean's move was called off a month later, Julia's expectations were far surpassed, and we're happy to have shared relationship mileage with a great many of you already.
