Can I bring a date?

Answer

Using the QR code from the invitation or the RSVP portal through our website, any affiliated guests accompanying you will be displayed when you type in your name. We're finalizing our guest list and space availability, and we wish we could invite everyone! We'll let you know if we're able to accommodate a plus one closer to the date. Thank you so much for understanding!

Are children allowed?

Answer

While we love all of your little ones, we kindly ask that you make arrangements with babysitters for young children during the ceremony and reception. We made a few exceptions to accommodate family members with infants who are travelling a long distance to share in our celebration. If you have any questions, please reach out to one of us. We appreciate your understanding and flexibility with this difficult decision!

When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP no later than Saturday, September 7th so that we can thoughtfully coordinate to accommodate your plans.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We kindly request that you wear cocktail attire. This means for ladies, please wear cocktail dresses, little-black-dresses, dressy jumpsuits. For gentlemen, please wear suits or jackets with dress pants.

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

Unfortunately, we are not providing transportation services to and from the venue & the recommended hotels (see "Travel" tab for that list). However, Ubers & Lyfts can access the property should you want to utilize these transportation services at your expense. Due to the location and limited amount of local drivers for these companies in our rural area, our DJ has offered to make an announcement reminding guests when to order their transportation to ensure a coordinated, timely pick-up at the end of the reception. Additionally, the owners are graciously allowing vehicles to be left overnight to ensure guests return home safely and responsibly after drinking (should they need it). Just remember to retrieve your vehicle promptly the next morning.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is a gravel parking lot on the premises and a golf cart can help transport anyone with mobility issues. A drop-off location is available near the ceremony for additional accommodations.
