I am a lifelong Southern Californian, USC alumni, Golden Retriever owner, and most importantly, Lana's Mom. Over the past 23 years, it has been an adventure supporting Lana through the many chapters of her life so far. Dance and cheer competitions, school projects and activities, volunteering hundreds of hours as National Charity League members, and seeing her off across the country to attend Indiana University's Kelley School of Business. This past year marks some major milestones for Lana, including college graduation, beginning a career that she loves, and now marriage to Max, who she met during her first semester at IU. I look forward to seeing all of you at the wedding! Max and Lana are fortunate to have such wonderful people in their lives. Thank you for being part of it!

I’m Max’s Mom, Erika. I'm a Kindergarten teacher and I live in Westfield, Indiana. I enjoy the outdoors and trips with my college friends. I am very excited for Max and Lana and their big day! I look forward to spending time with them, in the future, at our Lake house in Indiana when they can come visit! We have really enjoyed the IU football games and our “Best Day Ever” was when IU beat Alabama in the Rose Bowl in Pasadena! The great thing about Max and Lana is how much fun they have together! They are the perfect couple, and I can’t wait to watch them say their vows and become a family!

My name is Jimmy Lakdawala and I met Lana on April 15, 2003. The nurse told me that Lana was the first perfect APGAR score baby she had helped deliver in over 20 years. Lana was the happiest baby I’ve ever seen. She laughed incessantly and loved to learn from a very early age. As she was growing up, I made many Facebook posts called “Lana-isms”. Here are some of my favorites: Dad: “Lana, you know what I love most about you? It’s your charisma. You have a magnetic personality and people are naturally drawn to you.” Lana: “Dad, you know what I love most about you? Your thumb. So you can unlock your iPhone for me.” Lana: “Dad, why did you have to have the extra security screening when we went through the airport?” Dad: “Well, maybe they thought I looked like a terrorist.” Lana: “You do. But just your face.” Lana: “Dad, you’re such a geek.” Dad: “Lana, you’re such a geek.” Lana: “Dad, your comeback game is not strong.” Dad: "Lana, it's not a good idea to ask for my help with your chemistry homework. It's been decades since I learned that stuff." Lana: "More like centuries Dad."
Paul Fowler

Hi all! I am Paul Fowler, Max’s father. I was so happy the day I met Lana with her wonderful smile and incredible energy! I could see Max had found someone truly special. I’m proud of their accomplishments this far, and their future looks so bright. I know they will be wonderful together, and I couldn’t be more happy than to be here with them today. I grew up in Northern Indiana, attended Ball State University, and retired in December from a 31 year stay at Poolcorp…a wholesale distributor of everything related to construction, renovation, and maintenance of swimming pools. In January I moved to Lisbon, Portugal and now am part owner of a residential construction and renovation company focused on Biophilic spaces.

Hi, I’m Reese MacDonald, and I’m so excited and honored to be Lana’s maid of honor. We’ve been best friends since we were 10 years old, and I truly can’t remember a moment of my life without her in it. She’s my longest friend, and it means so much to me to stand beside her on such a special day. I’m 24 years old, a graduate of the University of Colorado Boulder, and I now live in Dallas with my fiancé, Nathan, and our puppy, Snoopy. I can’t wait to meet everyone and celebrate Lana and this incredible chapter of her life.

Hello everyone, my name is Cooper, and I’m Max’s younger brother. I live in Westfield, Indiana, and I work as an electrician for Gaylor Electric. Max and I have always been really close, and he’s always been someone who pushes me to better myself. Lana, on the other hand… is a nightmare. Just kidding! Honestly, to me Lana is like a sister. I’m so happy that Max chose her to be his wife. She’s wonderful to be around, and I can already see her being the cool aunt to my future kids. I’m really excited to see how their life together continues to grow and what the future holds for them.

Hello! I’m Marisa Dewig, and I’m so honored to be one of Lana’s bridesmaids. I’ve known Lana since the very first day of college at Indiana University Bloomington. I actually met her about a month before she met Max! Getting to watch their love story grow from the very beginning has been such a joy. Lana has always been one of the most supportive and uplifting friends in my life. She has consistently cheered me on through every big milestone and has been there for me from day one, which makes it even more special to stand by her side now. I’m currently living in Indianapolis, working as a manager at Amazon. Even though we don’t live close to each other anymore, we still make time for our phone calls, and it always feels like nothing has changed, except her last name! I am so incredibly happy to celebrate Lana and Max and to be part of this beautiful new chapter in their lives. It truly means the world to me to stand beside them on their big day.

I met Lana our sophomore year of college and we became best friends by our senior year! I’m so excited to be a part of Max and Lana’s wedding!

Hi! My name is Morgan Lemieux i’m one of Lana’s bridesmaids! I am 20 years old and from Fishers Indiana. I am currently studying psychology at Indiana University. I have known Max since I was born and grew up with him as if we were family. I got the pleasure of meeting Lana 5 years ago and immediately hit it off with her and loved her like an older sister. Ever since then I knew Max and Lana had to get married. After graduation I plan to continue my academic career by pursuing a nursing degree and eventually work in a hospital as an ER nurse.

I just recently graduated from Indiana University with a degree in Elementary Education. I met Lana at the beginning of senior year and we have been inseparable ever since! I currently live in Chicago and am working at the Lane Elementary in Hinsdale as a 2nd grade Teacher!

Hi, my name is Jake Lemieux, and I am one of Max's groomsmen. I'm 22 years old and from Fishers, Indiana. I graduated from Purdue University in May 2025 with a degree in Mechanical Engineering and a certificate in Entrepreneurship. I've been friends with Max since before I was in diapers, and he's been one of my closest friends for as long as I can remember. I currently live at home while working as a Mechanical Designer at IMEG, an engineering consulting firm.

Hi! I’m Fiona sullivan, a 23 year old Indiana University graduate now living in the Chicago suburbs. I’m so honored to be one of Lana’s bridesmaids, after meeting her sophomore year of college I knew we’d be lifelong friends. It’s been a privilege to watch Lana and Max’s relationship blossom into what it is now, and I can’t believe I get to be a part of their special day.

Hi my name is Josh Lemieux and I am one of Max's groomsmen! I'm 22, from Fishers, Indiana, and currently a first-year medical student at IU School of Medicine. I met Max in high school when I had to drive him to and from school. He's a year older than me. That said, we've actually known each other our whole lives. Max even held me when I was born! After his family moved to New Jersey, we kept the friendship alive with yearly trips and countless hours on Xbox. From family vacations to late nights in Bloomington, Max has been like a brother to me. I couldn't be happier to see him marry Lana!

Hello! My name is Damon Hicks and I am currently serving in the United States Marine Corps with Max. I first met Max in San Angelo, Texas where we attended our military schooling in the same class. We have become really close friends throughout our Marine Corps careers and I can confidently say that Max’s outstanding character is one that should be looked upon to emulate. We have been brothers since day one of becoming roommates in Texas and I will always be grateful for the great times we’ve had together and will always look forward to great times to come.

Hello! I am Kallee Cooper, Max and Lana's future sister-in-law! I am 21 and in my senior year at Asbury University, studying Psychology and working towards my Masters in Counseling! I am marrying Max's brother, Cooper, next year and cannot wait to join the family! I haven't known Max and Lana for very long, but they have graciously welcomed me into their lives and family with open arms. Both Max and Lana have the kindest hearts and sweetest spirits, and I cannot wait to celebrate them and their future together!
