Question

Can I take pictures at the wedding?

Answer

During the Ceremony: NO. During the Reception: SURE! The bride herself is a wedding photographer, and one of her biggest pet peeves is cell phones at the ceremony. When she's working it would be unprofessional for her to lunge across the isle and slap a phone or iPad out of a guests' hands, but we can't promise she won't do it at her own wedding. Best not test her. We'd love your full attention during the big stuff, so phone's away & enjoy being 100% present with us, thank you! Later on in the evening you are welcome to take some photos on your phones, iPads, point-and-shoots, old-timey polaroids, whatever! We have a social media hashtag you can use so that other's can see your captures later on too! #LAbound19

Question

Are kids invited?

Answer

We love your kids—we really do. But we want our wedding to be your night off at the Distillery. Get ready to cut a rug with the best DJ in town (our Groomsman) Adrian Butler!

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the service?

Answer

As of right now there will not be. There is parking next to the venue that is first come first serve. We recommend ride sharing apps like Uber or Lyft to get you to & from the Distillery safely.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you... The word of the day is "intimate" and we appreciate your understanding.

Question

What’s the dress code?

Answer

Cocktail, please. But we want you to feel comfortable, so if those shoes are too high or that top button is too tight, let it hang loose.
