Maid of Honor
Tale as old as time. Boy meets girl, girl meets boy's friend, girl meets friend's girlfriend and they become best friends. Aleischa is the best shopping buddy, a fierce board game competitor, and is always game for dinner and a movie. She is my right-hand gal as we wedding plan, and she has been instrumental in translating our vision in to reality. I'm so thankful to have her at my side to keep me sane through planning, keep me confident for our wedding day, and to make funny faces with me at the camera all night.
Best Man
I met Aaron freshman year at MSOE, and he has since become one of my best friends. It doesn't matter what we are doing together, it is a blast. We always find time to play video games or try out new restaurants and board games with Amanda and Aaron's girlfriend, Aleischa (the maid of honor). I'm really stoked to have him as my best man, and hopefully he keeps me out of trouble and on time.
Bridesmaid
Dani is more like a big sister to me than a cousin because we grew up together. As Dani bounces between NYC and Chicago, we find it harder to get together, but whether it is going to see a ballet, binging the last season of Game of Thrones for the third time, or talking on the phone for hours (seriously, we schedule these because we can never just say a short hello), we pick right back up where we left off. I'm incredibly excited to have her close to me for the wedding and to make new memories together.
Groomsman
I first met Alex in the dorm next to mine at MSOE. I instantly found a deep respect for the old boy due to the promise he showed in Super Smash Brothers (a game for the Nintendo 64). After numerous defeats, Alex fled in embarrassment to Madison. There he honed his skills to one day challenge me again. Now, four years later with the release of Super Smash Brothers Ultimate, Alex has returned. He is ready to challenge me and prove he is the greatest!
Bridesmaid
She is the other half of "The Amandas" from our former workplace and the reason that everyone from there still calls me Reebs. Amanda and I worked closely for over 3 years, and I'm so happy our friendship evolved from co-workers to great friends. She is an incredible confidant and excellent hypewoman, so I'm stoked that she will be there to support me. I think she is actually the first person I talked to about Max after we met!
Groomsman
I met Matt when he was visiting Alex, another groomsman, at MSOE for a concert. Alex and Matt have been friends since forever, but Matt and I built our friendship over the last few years through many video game matches and LAN parties. Although, our opinions are drastically different on original potato chips, I asked him to be one of my groomsmen.
Bridesmaid
Max's oldest sister, Alex, and I met after Max and I were dating for quite awhile, so I think we knew more about each other before we actually met face to face. As an only child, I am thrilled to become a part of the family and gain her as a sister. I look forward to sharing more meals, adventures, and laughs together. I'm thankful to have her with us for our day. Her eye for style will make sure everyone is looking their best and are dressed to the nines for the event.
Groomsman
I also met Macon at MSOE where we shared our interests in music, movies, shows, and all things pop culture. After university, Macon moved back home to Kansas. Despite leaving me behind, we still manage to find the occasional opportunity to meet up like going to see Fall Out Boy in St. Louis or me standing up in Macon's wedding in Florida. Now he can return the favor... He also owns a friggen sword.
Bridesmaid
Marika is not only my future sister-in-law and Max's twin, but someone that helped Max and I meet at the Halloween party. In the early days of us dating, Marika and I saw a lot of each other. She was instantly accepting of me, and supported our relationship right away. I can't wait to become her sister and share many more board game nights and renaissance faires with her. Her eye for design, creativity, and candid opinions will help make our day beautiful.
Groomsman
Joel is another long time friend of Alex's that he introduced me to. Although Joel and I have never lived in the same city, we have spent many a night having a few too many drinks and pondering some of the universes greatest mysteries: the meaning of life, love, and of course does pineapple belong on pizza (it obviously does). I'm looking forward to Joel busting a move on the dance floor and being down for a gaming match or two before the ceremony.

Officiant
Chad and Amanda became friends while working together. He likes Mac and she likes Windows, but they still managed to put aside their differences and stay friends for over six years through game nights, bookkeeping, and some of the best advice you wouldn't think to ask for (including from his awesome wife Ruth!). We are so grateful that he offered his witty humor and eloquent speaking skills for our day to make it personal and special.
Good Boy
When Max found out that Crono, a pet that belonged to someone Amanda used to live with, was going to be put up for adoption in 2017, he immediately told Amanda that we should take him in. He is the best pupper we could ask for, so of course we wanted to include him in the ceremony. He is a 10 year old Pikashoodle (Pekingese, Shih Tzu, Poodle mix) who is very expressive. He likes his ears scratched, so be sure to give him some love.
