Welcome Party!

8:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Casual Attire: Anything goes, from sundresses and sandals to jeans and tees.

We’d love to kick off the wedding weekend with a relaxed welcome party. It’s an informal gathering where guests can mingle, meet each other, and ease into the celebrations before the big day. Feel free to stop by anytime. There’s no set schedule or program, just a chance to socialize and enjoy good company. Beer, wine, punch, and light appetizers will be served. If you plan to park at the Fairmont for the welcome party, please note that parking costs can add up quickly. Valet is $36 for up to 3 hours, and self‑parking is $25 for up to 3 hours. Because downtown parking can be limited and busy, we highly recommend carpooling, Uber, Lyft, or Waymo to make things easier.

Ceremony & Reception

5:30 pm - 11:00 pm

Cocktail attire with a sunset-inspired vibe, think chic and colorful! We recommend comfortable shoes since we’ll be celebrating among gardens and outdoor spaces.

We will have a chartered shuttle taking guests from the Fairmont to the Wildflower Center on the wedding day. The shuttle will leave at 5:00 PM. Please plan to meet in the Fairmont lobby at 4:50 PM so you have time to board and secure a seat before departure. The shuttle will also bring guests back to the Fairmont at 10PM and 11PM.
