We have established a hotel block for our guests at the Hampton Inn & Suites Frederick-Fort Detrick. We recommend booking as soon as you are able to ensure availability. The hotel kindly requests you make your reservation no later than September 13th to guarantee a room. Blocks are available for Friday 10/11 and Saturday 10/12.

Shuttle
Shuttle From Hampton Inn
October 12, 2019 2:30 pm - 10:00 pm
We will have a shuttle picking up guests from the Hampton Inn & Suites Frederick starting at 2:30pm to ensure everyone arrives at the venue in time for the 3:30pm ceremony. The shuttle will run a loop from the venue to the hotel after the ceremony until the reception ends at 10pm.
