The ceremony will begin at 5, and we will not be waiting if people are late. We are asking people to be seated by 4:45. But the area the venue is in is GORGEOUS and we recommend getting there early to explore and see the beauty the area has to offer. You'll need to self-park in the designated parking spots (there'll be some signage the day of) and want to use the restroom located in the restaurant.
Not really! We are just too excited to celebrate with all of you. It could be fun if everyone is dressed up in items you wish you COULD wear, whether that's a sundress or a ballgown, a tuxedo or casual suit! Of course, we ask no jeans and we want to remind you that Colorado and the canyon can get chilly at night (or not, you never know), so we recommend layers and options.
Unless their name was specified on the invitation and/or on the online RSVP - there are no additional plus one's allowed. While we are grateful that you love us so much you want to extend our celebration to your significant others, friends, and family (and as much as we wish we could do the same)--unfortunately, we are maxed out on the number of attendees for each event.
Absolutely! We have provided two distinct pages on this site with recommendations. IF you happen to have any questions no answered by those pages, feel free to text Matthew or Maggie (or anyone else close to the us). We will be answering texts/email up until two nights before the wedding (Sept 1st)--from that point forward we ask that you figure it out on your own or ask somebody else close to use (parents, siblings, friends).
The food is a buffet, everything should be labeled correctly and we can try to add allergens. Try not to eat anything you wouldn't at home ;)
Short answer: yes. Long answer: depends where you stay. There will be limited transportation if, and ONLY if, you choose to stay the night at The Riverside (the hotel 3 miles away from the venue). There will be ONE shuttle from the Riverside at 4:30 pm and ONE shuttle back to the Riverside at some point later in the evening (we are working out the time)--and THAT'S IT. If you feel that you will not be able to make it on that one shuttle, then transportation is on your own. And, if you stay anywhere else, you will have to find your own transportation. As much as we wish we could provide more transportation, it is just not possible.
We have scheduled one other true event. On Saturday, we will be at New Belgium if anyone wants to show up! We will be there from 4 on, so come and go as you please! Other than that, we will not be hosting any other big events. HOWEVER, since it is such long weekend (and we know a lot of you are coming in from out-of-town), we would love to see you more. If you would like, reach out to either of us to schedule a mini get-together with just you/family (even if it is just a coffee date).
Unfortunately, no. As much as we wish we could provide that for you, there will only be a cash bar if you're looking for alcohol. There will be unlimited N/A drinks available for free!
If you cannot attend, please indicate "Will NOT Attend" on your RSVP so we can plan accordingly. If you have already RSVP'd "Attending", but find that you will not make it, please notify us as soon as are aware.
