Waterfall Lodge and Retreat

Cabin booking links will be shared with guests four months before the wedding (in March) and must be completed at least 10 days prior to the wedding. Once links are available, you’ll receive booking details along with your cabin assignment. Cabins are $295 plus 12% tax and offer a cozy retreat in the woods. Shuttle

Private Shuttle

July 29, 2026 11:00 am - 3:00 pm

A private shuttle will be available to pick up guests from San Jose Airport (SJC) on Wednesday, July 29. There are two pick-up times. Pickup #1: 11:00AM and Pickup #2: 1:15–1:30PM at the airport. The shuttle ride to Waterfall Lodge & Retreat is approximately 34 miles and takes about one hour. Please note that shuttle service is only available at these times. Guests arriving outside of these windows will need to arrange their own transportation.

For our free spirits and adventure lovers If you’d like more freedom to explore Northern California during your stay, we recommend renting a car at the airport. While we’ll have shuttles available, a rental car will give you the flexibility to sightsee and move around on your own schedule. Rental info is linked below.

Flight

FLIGHTS

For our guests flying to San Jose, CA (SJC) airport on Wednesday, July 29th. A private shuttle will be available at the airport for these times only: Pickup #1: 11:00AM and Pickup #2: 1:15–1:30PM. Shuttle service will not be provided for later arrivals or different days. To take advantage of the shuttle and arrive together, we recommend booking flights that land around this timeframe. Check-in at Waterfall Lodge & Retreat begins at 3:00 PM on the 29th, and we’ll be hosting an arrival party that evening to kick off the celebrations! Our wedding day is Thursday, January 30th, so plan to arrive the day before to enjoy the lodge, mingle with other guests, and get settled for the big day.
