What happens if I don’t RSVP or submit it on time?

Answer

Please RSVP by the deadline (March 11) so we can plan accordingly. If we don’t receive your response on time, we will assume you are unable to attend. Unfortunately, this means we won’t be able to reserve a seat, provide a meal, or arrange accommodations for you. We truly hope you can join us, so don’t forget to RSVP!

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

Yes! A shuttle will be provided from the San Jose Airport only on July 29th with two pick-up times: Pickup time#1: 11:00AM and Pickup time#2: 1:15-1:30PM.

Should I rent a car?

Answer

If you’d like more freedom to explore Northern California during your stay, we recommend renting a car at the airport. While we’ll have shuttles available, a rental car will give you the flexibility to sightsee and move around on your own schedule. Rental info is on our travel section.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Welcome Event is Wednesday July 29th from 2:00 pm - 9:45 pm and the Wedding is Thursday July 30th from 3:00 pm - 10:00 pm. We recommend to plan to arrive the day before to enjoy the lodge, mingle with other guests, and get settled for the big day.

It will be a mixture of both.

Do you have a registry?

Yes, we are not requesting physical gifts, but for those who feel led to give, contributions toward our Newlywed Gift Fund are sincerely appreciated.

Can I bring a physical gift?

Answer

Your presence is the greatest gift of all. We kindly request no physical gifts. If you would like to give, we would be so grateful for a contribution to our Newlywed Gift Fund linked on our website.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

For this occasion, we are only able to seat the guests listed on your RSVP. We appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate together!
