Dress Code: Black-Tie: Wear floor-length gowns or formal cocktail dresses, tuxes with black neckties or bowties.
Please arrive at the venue by 3:45 PM sharp to ensure a smooth and timely start to the ceremony. Guests who arrive after the wedding party has entered will be asked to wait outside until the ceremony has concluded. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Wedding Party Photographs
4:45 pm - 5:15 pm
Immediately following the ceremony, we will be taking family and bridal party photographs. Only immediate family members and members of the bridal party are required during this time. All other guests are welcome to make their way directly to the pub to begin celebrating—we'll join you shortly!
Pub Stop!
5:00 pm - 5:45 pm

After the ceremony, guests are invited to make their way to a nearby pub for a casual stop before heading to the reception venue. Platters will be provided, but please note that drinks will be available at bar prices — alcohol will not be covered by the bride and groom. While we won’t be joining you at this point (we’ll be off having our photos taken), we’d love for you to enjoy some food, relax, and get into the celebratory spirit before the evening begins!
Reception

This is a black-tie event, and formalwear is encouraged — tuxedos or dark suits for men, and floor-length or formal dresses for women. We also recommend bringing a warm jacket or coat, as it may get chilly later in the day.
A shared menu will be served on the day, featuring meat, fish, and vegetarian options. Canapés and light bites will also be offered throughout the celebrations. If you have any specific dietary requirements or allergies, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with us directly — we’ll be happy to accommodate. For our smokers, please ensure that any smoking is done at least 4metres away from the gallery. This is mandated in the state of Victoria, and it is important that we respect the venues requests.
