We kindly ask that guests arrive no earlier than 3:30. If you are using the shuttle service, there will be two runs to the venue, the first of which will be leaving the hotel at 3, and the second trip at 3:40. There will be a few runs back to the hotel beginning at 9!

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 PM. We invite guests to begin arriving at 3:30. The ceremony will be followed immediately by a cocktail hour on the property. Afterward, we’ll move into an evening of dinner, drinks, and dancing to celebrate together! We’re excited to serve a delicious dinner catered by Mission BBQ, so come ready to enjoy some amazing food and a night full of love, laughter, and memories.
