Courtyard by Marriott Frederick

This is where we will be offering a room block with a limited number of rooms at a discounted rate. The hotel is about a 10 minute drive from Union Mills. A shuttle service will be offered to take guests from the hotel to the venue, as well as back to the hotel following both the reception and after party. Please use this link to book your room in our block. If you do not use this link, you will not receive the discounted rate. If you decide to call to book, please mention the Cooper/Dewees Wedding in order to receive the discount.

Visitation Hotel Frederick, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel

This is a beautiful boutique hotel located in downtown Frederick, walking distance from Union Mills. We do not have a reserved room block at this hotel, so if you wish to book here please book directly through the hotel's website. Because we do not have a block, there is no guarantee that rooms will be available. If you are interested in staying at the Visitation, please be sure to secure your room early!

Shuttle

Shuttle from the Courtyard Marriott to Union Mills

October 3, 2026 3:30 pm - 12:00 am

A shuttle service will be provided to transport guests from the Courtyard Marriott to Union Mills. The shuttles can transport approximately 60 guests and will be filled on a first come-first served basis. The shuttles will be scheduled to depart the hotel to take guests to the venue prior to the ceremony. Following the reception, the shuttles will return guests back to the hotel. There will be one final run to the hotel following the after party for guests who choose to stay. Exact pick up and drop off times will be shared soon.
