We like to joke that we met at a wedding, which is technically true if you count a 'wedding themed' backyard fraternity party. Matt was the officiant, I was a bridesmaid, and we spent the night talking, laughing, and dancing. For the next few months, we continued to get to know each other together as friends. After 4 months of persistence, I finally agreed to let Matt take me on a date. What started as dinner and a movie turned into a 10-day quarantine together after we got COVID. We both knew this was the start of something special. Fast forward two years of long distance, one move to Maryland, and two new jobs, Matt got down on one knee and proposed at my family's beach week in Bethany Beach, DE. We can't wait to celebrate the start of this new chapter with you. Here's to forever!
