As much as we love your little ones, we request that this be an adult-only celebration.
Our hotel recommended Aunt Fran's Babysitting (https://www.auntfransbabysitting.com/). Please feel free to reach out to Aunt Fran's directly and let Matt (408.656.7858) know if you are interested in sharing babysitting services with others attending the wedding.
If you are looking to add destinations to your trip (and possibly lower your flight costs), the most popular options are Los Angeles and San Diego, which are both roughly a 2.5-hour drive away. Santa Barbara is a 4-hour drive away, as is Las Vegas. The best/closest wineries are in Temecula, a 90-minute drive away. Joshua Tree, a popular camping destination, is 40-minutes away.
Whether you've been here many times before or if this is your first time, we are so excited for you to visit "the desert"! When people refer to the area, many people broadly call it Palm Springs, but we think you'll find that the various cities in the Coachella Valley have their own, unique personalities to offer. Palm Springs is the most famous and largest city. It is home to Palm Springs International Airport and has the most restaurants, shops, and nightlife. Palm Desert is home to El Paseo, a street lined with great restaurants and luxury retail shops. El Paseo is our favorite street to go out, eat, and enjoy. Indian Wells, where our wedding venue is located, is one of the smaller cities in the desert, but very quaint, relaxing resort town. La Quinta is the newest of the large cities and furthest East. La Quinta's Old Town is home to a variety of great restaurants and shops as well. Please note that Palm Springs is roughly 25-30 minutes from Indian Wells (our wedding venue).
